Puppy Parenting 101 Workshop
This 1-1/2 hour workshop at Rumford Pet Center helps you and your pup get off to a fast start.  You'll learn about:
 Cost:  $25 per family.  Come a few minutes early to register. 
You do not need to bring your dog.

Puppy Jumpstart
If you can't get to the Puppy Parenting 101 workshop, then a private Puppy Jumpstart session may be more convenient.  Puppy Jumpstart sessions are held at your home with your family and puppy to go over your concerns about your puppy and give you the training tools you need to manage each situation.  We'll cover Housetraining, Nipping, Biting and Chewing and any other questions you have!  Please call 401-714-5652 to schedule an appointment.

Puppy Playgroups
Between 3 and 18 weeks of age, puppies are sponges for all kinds of experiences.  Behaviorists call this the 'Socialization Period.'  Be sure to safely expose your pup to all types of people, puppies (of similar age) and your life.  Come to a Puppy Playgroup for a safe, supervised socialization experience! 

Supervised Puppy Playgroups are held every:
 Bring the completed Class Registration Form and shot records.  Puppies should have had their second DHPP shot to attend.  Playgroups are $10 per visit.  Please call ahead to reserve a spot:  401-714-5652
Puppy Basics Manners group class
It's always easier to teach a new puppy what he's supposed 'to do' before he develops bad habits!  The group class covers basic manners such as Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Loose Leash Walking, No Jumping Up, etc.  Flexible attendance allows you to take classes when you can, at any Pooch Pawsitive class location.  New classes start every 6 weeks in Warwick and Exeter, RI.  See our latest Class Schedule.
